Linking and Learning (L&L) Technical Support Initiative for close to 60 Voice Grantees (local implementing partners – NGOs and CBOs) supported by a consortium involving SL Consult (U) Ltd and Legal Aid Services Providers Network (LASPNET) Uganda selected to provide linking and learning technical support for Voice Grantees in Uganda on behalf of the Voice Programme together with Oxfam Novib and Hivos with funding from the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.   Richard was the Team Leader for the Linking and Learning Technical Support Initiative of the Voice Programme is implemented Oxfam Novib and Hivos in 10 countries across Africa and Asia (including Uganda). Voice Grantees are Non-Governmental Organizations, Associations, and Community Based Organizations selected and awarded different grants such as Empowerment grants, Influencing grants, Innovate and learn grants and the Sudden Opportunity grantsby Voice to implement interventions across different thematic areas in Uganda
